I do not have to explain that it is all about our guests whether you have a store on the high street or you run multiple stores in a theme park. Satisfaction of our guests is all that matters. Guests are the ones with the notes and we are here to serve them. We are here to give them the experience they expect to receive. And we all should aim to exceed the expectations.
